Danube Group of companies was established in 1993 under the leadership of the Founder and Chairman of the Group – Rizwan Sajan. Initially, Danube Group was a small trading firm, but over the years has established itself as the leading building materials company along with other branches. The organization’s turnover in 2019 constituted USD 1.3B and continues to grow with the current market. The founder of the Group – Mr. Rizwan Sajan – took 12th position in the ‘Top 100 Indian leaders in the UAE’ list by Forbes Middle East.

Danube Group is one of the biggest building materials suppliers in the region. The two main segments of the company’s activities include Danube Home (Home Interior/ Décor Solutions and Building Materials FZCO). These branches offer various state-of-the-art products, which are available in showrooms scattered throughout the MENA region. Other divisions include Danube Properties Development Company, Starz Media, American Aesthetic Clinics, Milano (innovative bath products & solutions), Alucopanel Middle East LLC and Danube Hospitality.

The multi-million dollar Group has a team of more than 2,500 employees and the company’s regions of activity include 9 countries across the Middle East and Asia.
