South Bay at Dubai South – New Phase 6

South Bay is a modern residential complex located in Dubai South, a rapidly developing part of the emirate. The project was developed by Dubai South Properties.

Residential units include 3-7 bedroom townhouses and villas of 3,560 sq. ft to 13,300 sq. ft. The third phase of the development offers 3-4 bedroom townhouses and 4-5 bedroom semi-detached villas. Residences will boast fully-equipped kitchens and a rooftop terrace.

The project also boasts a limited collection of ultra-luxury waterfront villas and 6-7 bedroom mansions. The key features of the layouts include a swimming pool, a green lawn, a cinema, a gym/game room, a show kitchen, a private garden, and more.

In December 2023, the developer released the fifth and the sixth phases of South Bay. There are 4-bedroom townhouses, semi-detached 5-bedroom villas and 5-7 bedroom mansions.

Property Prices

As of June 2023, you can acquire a 4-bedroom townhouse for AED 3.2M (USD 871K). The starting price for a 6-bedroom mansion or a waterfront villa is AED 13.5M (USD 3.6M) and AED 15M (USD 4M), respectively.

As of December 2023, the starting price for a townhouse and villa is AED 3.2M (USD 871K) and AED 4.1M (USD 1.1M), respectively. A mansion can be bought for a minimum of AED 11.5M (USD 3.1M).
