Ellington Properties is a real estate development company based in Dubai. This company specialize in luxury property and residences development in Dubai focusing on crafting excellent design and architecture.

Most of the Ellington’s properties are located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR), Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

After the handover of Belgravia in 2017, Ellington won 4 awards for the best architecture and interior design at «Arabian Property Awards». In 2018, Ellington launched Belgravia Square, DT1 and Wilton Terraces, successfully delivered projects and won «Innovation Company Award» at Arabian Business Awards 2018.

One of the most significant projects of Ellington Properties, DT1 in Downtown Dubai won «Best Luxury Project» award at the «Arabian Business Awards 2019». In 2019, the company completed Eaton Place and launched their latest project Wilton Park Residences, featuring studio and 1-2BR apartments set in natural green spaces.
